Davis Wright Tremaine was moving it's data center and more than 500 attorneys and staff around the globe needed to know they wouldn't have access to their files over a weekend. Communicating with that audience through a half dozen time zones and nine offices, the IT department certainly didn't want any misunderstandings, confusing messages, or lost client files. We created a campaign (posters, postcards, emails, and voicemails directly to inboxes from the partner in charge) to make sure everyone in the firm knew about the move and how it affected the cases they were working on—the move went off without a hitch. My role: design, production, ideas, strategy.
